    This one should take you less than 30 minutes to complete. Break up the sets where needed but don't move onto the next drill until all the reps of each drill are complete:

    50 Snatches per arm
    50 Cleans per arm
    50 Swings per arm
    50 Jerks per arm
    50 Push Press per arm

    I used a 24kg kettlebell and my best time was 24:13. I must suck because this kicked my a$$.
