Force One Readiness Street Survival for Curriculum Outline Training Hours: 16 hours Objective of Training: Each block of instruction is designed to teach you how to be proactive, maintain awareness and be decisive during a violent confrontation. Everyday, being the first responder you put yourself in jeopardy.
Street Survival for EMS is a combination of Self-Protection and Self-Defense skills designed to teach you how to be a tiger, instead of a sheep. Target hardening is an individual responsibility. The degree or extent to which you make yourself undesirable as a target depends on how much you value your life and the lives of your loved ones. This class will bridge the gap between the myths and reality of how to predict, survive and win a violent confrontation. A. Situational Awareness & Personal Safety (2 hours) Subject Areas: · OODA · Have a Contingency Plan · Avoid Complacency · Keep in Touch Subject Areas: · Combat Physical Fitness and its Significance · Techniques & Tactics for Successful Self-Defense (B.E.A.T.
